Video 1: A complete breakdown of my brain
Without an external brain, we can find ourselves anxious, but we don't know why . . . trying to remember something that is hanging over our head, but unsure of what it is. An external brain allows us to go on autopilot, knowing that everything has been taken care of for us, and we are able to use our full energy and focus for the present moment.
Video 2: How I plan my Week with Trello
If you just create a couple boards board, I suggest it be your week, and one misc. board for all the random categories you have in your head. Over time, one of those categories will grow into needing its own board, but don't be afraid to grow slowly.
Pro Tip: Always plan the next day the night before for more clarity!

Video 3: Freezer Declutter
Maybe you aren't feeling in the planning mood, but you want a little real-life inspiration of a system I just started using! I got you! Regardless of what size your freezer is, "file not pile" is going to change your life!

1. Download Trello Template
2. Order a binder for a physical "external brain" if digital isn't your thing
3. Write down a giant list of everything in your head right now and categorize it (turn these into your Trello categories or your binder categories)
4. Order container bins
5. Cut down cardboard and organize your freezer
6. Pick up 10 things and put them away
7. Throw out anything in your fridge that is freezer burned or out of date
